o Provide long term strategic thinking for franchises & report back to Worldwide Publishers on strategy.
o Manage multiple product launches on an annual basis (up to 200 products in the same year).
o Prepare annual business plan for titles within the group, covering overall marketing plans, priority titles, asset management and budgets required.
o Work closely with the product marketing teams to deliver and develop new/existing business initiatives to raise awareness and sell in franchises. Liaise closely with PR and sales teams in trade marketing activities and sales forecasting.

o Overall responsibility for the briefing of all Marcomms in a timely manner, including: on line, advertising, POS, web sites and other assets

Manage a marketing budget up to 3 million euros per year. Got reduction price (up to 50%) and/or double the time of exposure in advertising campaigns on TV, Subway & Train adverts campaigns; that was a successful in sales, making the Spanish campaign the campaign with better performance comparing it worldwide, surpassing on sales the biggest competitors (EA & Activision with higher resources), getting the best consideration worldwide at Japanese central office.
